Health & Wellness
Updated on 4/27/22
We are delighted to welcome you to ARLO. The health and wellness of our guests and associates is paramount. As part of our ongoing commitment to you, we have enhanced our efforts to ensure a safe and comfortable dining experience. Please find information below outlining some procedures and protocols we have implemented at the restaurant.
General Restaurant Information
ARLO cleaning products and protocols meet or exceed the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. The entire restaurant is regularly deep cleaned and thoroughly sanitized between guests using Bioesque hospital-grade disinfectant.
Hand sanitizing stations are located in the restaurant. Guests care items are available upon request including disposable masks and gloves. Unvaccinated associates are required to wear a mask at all times when interacting with guests and each other. Associates may remove their mask once they have show proof of vaccination to the Human Resources office.
Associate Training and Monitoring
All associates have undergone extensive health and safety training related to COVID-19 and our enhanced wellness standards.
While at ARLO, our associates wear personal protective equipment, based on their job function and vaccination status, which may include masks and gloves. They are also required to frequently wash their hands with soap and warm water.
The health of our associates is being carefully monitored. They receive a temperature scan prior to the beginning of each shift and are asked to verify that they have not experienced symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the past 7 days, nor have they been exposed to someone what has experienced symptoms in the past 14 days. Any team member that has any reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID -19 or other illnesses have been instructed to stay home and seek proper medical attention.
Dining
Indoor and outdoor dining is available.
Guest Precautions
In accordance with state and local government guidelines, both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask in all public areas and are encouraged to regularly use the hand sanitizer. To safeguard the health of our guests and associates, we ask that guests postpone their visit to ARLO if ill with COVID-19 symptoms.
